Delivery Policy 

Delivery Region:
We ship to all Brazil and to other countries (confirm before ordering).

Deadlines:
Only after confirmation of payment for your purchase the products be shipped. For prompt delivery products, the delivery time varies according to the type of shipment chosen by the customer and its location.

For personalized products, the delivery time varies according to the waiting list and the type of shipment chosen, both will be previously communicated. Before ordering, it is recommended to confirm the current deadline.

Services Used:
Our deliveries are made by the Brazilian Post Office, Correios (Sedex, PAC or Registered Letter - the customer decides) or DHL to international destinations. We recommend the use of insurance, adding 2% on the value of the product (s) purchased in the case of the Post Office.

 

Estimated Delivery time for Brazil:
Sedex: Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, guaranteed after posting.
PAC: It is the standard postal service for post offices. The stipulated period is 8 to 10 business days for delivery after posting, however this is an estimated period, that is, not guaranteed by the Post Office. The maximum term of this service is 20 working days.

Registered Letter: It is a more accessible service, however, it may take longer and there is no possibility to follow the trajectory of the package as in the services above. In addition, only Watercolors can be sent up to A3 size (30x42cm) and weighing a maximum of 500g.


IMPORTANT: If there is any delay, please contact us within 20 days after the date of posting to activate the post office. After 30 days from the date of posting it is not possible to register the complaint.

About delivery:
Sedex: has home delivery, on working days, from Monday to Saturday, in all municipalities in Brazil.
There will be 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days, the first being on the same date of arrival at the distribution unit. If delivery is impossible due to the closed house or the absence of a civilly capable person, the order will be available for delivery at the agency closest to the recipient's address for seven (7) calendar days, after which it will be returned to the sender. Delivery to the postal unit counter is made only to the recipient himself, or the person authorized by him, in the appropriate field of the arrival notice left by the postman. If delivery is not possible for other reasons, the order will be returned immediately.
Delivery of the order in a rural or risky area is carried out exclusively at the Post Office closest to the address of the recipient.
PAC: home delivery, on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.
Two delivery attempts will be made, the first attempt being made on the same day the object arrives at the distribution unit. The 2nd attempt will be made on a subsequent business day.

Registered Letter : 3 delivery attempts in the case of Absent Recipient. If the 3 delivery attempts fail in the Absent Recipient justification, the product is available within 7 calendar days, at the nearest branch

In case the package returns to the MAT, after all delivery attempts, the forwarding freight must be paid by the customer, observing that the Post Office will charge again for the service.

Areas with restricted home delivery:
The Post Office does not make home delivery in some cities, in rural areas, places of difficult access or risk. If the object is destined for an area with home delivery restrictions, the Correios will evaluate what action should be taken for the indicated zip code, being able to extend the delivery time of the object by another 7 days or send the object to one of the Correios units. , so that the recipient can pick it up. The Post Office will leave a notice of arrival at the address of the recipient, who must go to the post office indicated, carrying documents that allow their identification, to make the withdrawal of the object. The custody period is 7 calendar days for SEDEX and PAC.

Other observations:
1. In some cases, the Post Office does not send the arrival notice to the recipient's address, so it is very important to track your order periodically (the tracking code is provided when shipping the product).
2. It is very important to check the term of custody of the object at the post office, because after the mentioned period, the object will be returned to MAT and a new freight will be charged for reshipment.
