Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the products, manufactured exclusively to order, they are subject to an extensive and detailed elaboration procedure, the withdrawal can only be made within a maximum period of seven days after the order, after that period MAT Pet & Art will not make a full refund values, except in cases of product defect.
After approval of the final sketch by the customer and, consequently, the beginning of the painting, no refund of any amount will be due for withdrawal. The product will only be returned if there is damage at the time of delivery. If the damage is due to misuse of the product, MAT Pet & Art may, depending on the situation, adjust the product as long as shipping and return shipping are at the customer's expense.
If, upon receiving the product, you identify any defect, report it immediately via Instagram (@matpetart) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) together with the product photo, reporting the defect. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will analyze the order and contact you for other exchange or refund procedures. We do not provide packaging for shipping.
MAT's warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse of the product, that is, when its use is different from that proposed for the product. For example: lack of framing or inadequate framing, problems with locomotion of the art after delivery and or for fixing on walls, contact with excessive humidity or heat, and use of inappropriate cleaning products. In such cases, in the case of damages arising from the improper handling of the product by the customer, there will be no coverage under the mentioned warranty. The guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction with the product or purchase error, considering that the manufacture of any and all products by MAT Pet & Art depends on a previous manifestation of will and approval of the final art by the customer.
